We had an awesome time down in Rockport with KK & Papa Doc - here are a couple of pics. Shrimp right off the boat ($5/lb), Case on the beach, Cheeto-snatching gulls, Charlotte Plummer's, all equalled a trip we won't soon forget.

So Cute! Allison, we need your Dad's jerky recipe. Lamont and Sandy are going to buy a dehydrator and try to make both. I told them your Dad had already perfected the method. Can you share?
